Return & Exchange Policy

At Herbically, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in preparing and packing every order. If you face any issue with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • With proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Change of mind after delivery

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Instagram / Email

  2. Share your order number

  3. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

Resolution

Once approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Store credit (if applicable)

Refunds to bank accounts or cash refunds are not offered. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return
